Injured settlement

The injury settlement is an agreement between players and teams. This document notes compensation and terms of rehabilitation after the injuries. The latter depends on crash seriousness. In the case of knee MCL, for example, the player needs six weeks for a full recovery.

The document includes a lot of various points. For example, the teams are responsible for compensating medical exceptions. The player has a right to choose a place for rehabilitation. All its rights protect current Workers Compensations laws together with residential state laws. It also defines the position of the player on the injured reserve list.

The injury settlement isn’t obligatory for signing. In this case the team takes obligations to provide its medical treatment. Once the player is healthy, the team releases it for the matches.
